Credentials

CSCS, *D

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with Distinction. Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists® (CSCS®) are professionals who apply scientific knowledge to train athletes for the primary goal of improving athletic performance. They conduct sport-specific testing sessions, design and implement safe and effective strength training and conditioning programs and provide guidance regarding nutrition and injury prevention.

FRCms

Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist. Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®), is a system of joint health optimization based on scientific principles and research.

FMS

Functional Movement Screening. A FMS is used to evaluate movement pattern quality and identify any limitations or dysfunction. This improves efficiency of programming by providing a foundation of knowledge concerning joint integrity.

CNC

Certified Nutrition Counselor. A CNC is an individual educated in nutrition counseling methodologies that look to effectively achieve behavior change for better general health.

Dietitian

A dietitian is an individual with an understanding of the scientific principles of human nutrition. These principles guide the advice given to any client with regards to their overall health, performance, and general well-being.
